Adam Boden
Artistic Director
Beginning with an MA in Applied Theatre at Royal Central, Adam has undertaken further studies with MICHA in New York, Michael Chehov Europe, and at the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-Upon-Avon. He has directed over two hundred plays and musicals and is also a writer and co-writer of Book & Lyrics for Plays & Musicals that have been performed in London, Paris, Los Angeles and New York.
Katie McCutcheon

& Movement
Katie has been working at Bodens for 20 years. Originally employed as a teaching assistant, while continuing her professional development in dance with the ISTD and RAD, she became a key member of the dance faculty, heading the department from 2012.

Musical Theatre
With BA (Hons) in Performing Arts, Sarah furthered her teaching qualifications with the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She has gained her Licentiate with the ISTD and Mentor status with the RAD. These qualifications along with her experience have assisted student teachers to achieve their qualifications.
Damian Slade
Dance Training
Damian trained at London Contemporary Dance School for a degree in Contemporary Dance and Choreography. He gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Performance as part of the 4D-dance Company and has worked extensively as a professional dancer and teacher throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Nigel Munson
Devised Theatre
Nigel is a theatre maker and practitioner working predominantly in devised work, street theatre and interactive theatrical entertainment at festivals around the UK. As well as teaching at Bodens he regularly teaches and directs for East 15 and Central School of Speech and Drama, and has just begun an MA in Dramaturgy at Birkbeck.
Zoë Athena
Singing Technique
Zoë trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and since graduating, has worked across TV, film and theatre, most recently completing the international tour of Dear Evan Hansen. Alongside her professional career, Zoë has been teaching singing and performance for almost 10 years and is delighted to be returning to Bodens.
Erin Boden
Acting Training
After graduating from Bodens College with an Associate Diploma, Erin became a Licentiate of Trinity College London, specialising in Speech and Drama teaching. She now works as an acting tutor at Bodens, bringing her extensive experience as both a student and teacher to our part-time classes.
Mariona Horne-Batet
Acting Training
Mariona graduated as a student of Bodens College before joining our student support and administration team. She is currently training at LAMDA, one of the world’s leading drama schools, and alongside her studies has become a member of our acting faculty.
Sarah-Jane Duncan
Screen Acting
Sarah began her acting career with her training at The Academy Of Live Recorded Arts. Since graduating she has worked in a variety of projects from theatre, TV, Film to Voiceover in the UK, and internationally. She has taught for over 9 years, allowing her to spread her passion and knowledge in the art of acting and help others live their acting dream.
Danielle Briscoe
Acting Training
Danielle Briscoe is a dynamic and versatile actor with a passion for storytelling across stage and screen. A graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Danielle has performed in national theatre tours with renowned companies including Artless Theatre Company and Maktub Theatre Company. Her screen work spans commercials, short films, and YouTube series, alongside voiceover credits in audiobooks and online content.
Aisling Larking
Singing Training
Aisling studied vocal technique with the Royal Irish Academy of Music for several years before receiving her BFA Musical Theatre from the American College Dublin. She now works as a singing teacher and LAMDA tutor across London.
