Our STARter performing arts classes for Reception to Year Two Students, take place after school and at weekends at our Barnet and Enfield centres.

Following a warm-up, students work with three specialist teachers in acting, singing and dancing, using creative play to develop their skills and introduce them to the performing arts in a fun and supportive environment.

At the heart of our training is each child’s individual development. Alongside their performing arts skills, we encourage confidence and focus, imagination and creativity, physical and social development, and, most importantly, the confidence to perform as themselves.

We provide regular feedback on each student’s progress, with opportunities throughout the year to work towards performances for family and friends.

Our three-hour performing arts courses for Year 3 to Year 11 students take place at weekends at our Barnet and Enfield centres. Students work in groups with others of a similar age, developing their skills across acting, singing and dancing.

In acting, students explore a range of practitioners and techniques for both stage and screen, developing character, confidence and performance skills. Singing classes focus on technique, musicality and performance, using repertoire from musical theatre and popular music. In dance, students develop their technique, movement and choreographic skills through musical theatre, modern and commercial styles.

Students receive regular feedback on their individual progress and have opportunities throughout the year to rehearse, create and take part in a variety of performances.
