'SCARE' FILM PREMIERĖ

In the summer, a group of twenty students aged 13-17 made a film in seven days.

The entire thing was filmed in three. The result is a coming of age horror film, 'SCARE'

The Fallow Ridge High School bus rumbles down a lonely country road, carrying two very different groups of students. Half are bound for a ceremony celebrating The Statewide Young and Gifted Awards . The others? On a last-chance retreat to a behavioural reform camp.

When something slams against the undercarriage, the engine stutters with a final, grinding cough. Burnt dust billows up from the roadside as the bus grinds to a dying halt, right where the tarmac fades into dirt. The dust settles in the heart of isolated rural farmland, where beyond the windows the fields stretch on forever. If it weren’t for the crows, the silence would feel unbearable.

Somewhere in this forgotten community, a secret lies buried deep in the soil… and something in the fields will do anything to keep it hidden. Something that leaves you feeling both unseen… and watched. When the crows fall silent, you’ll know it’s near.

Before daylight fades, the rules of survival will become terrifyingly clear. To uncover the truth, they’ll have to work together, confront their deepest fears, and create a monster of their own—before the one in the fields claims them all. Whatever you do… don’t look.

Film Classification : 12A – Suitable for 12 years and over

Contains mild swearing, brief kissing, horror themes including jump scares, fantasy violence and some portrayal of blood. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
